Organic jalapenos

My father-in-law has a huge farm that caters to our family only (I know, selfish in a good way) but his jalapeno plant bear a ton this month. They are very crispy, clean, very spicy, and organic. We had so much jalapenos that I had to add jalapenos in almost all of my cooking this week. What do you eat with yours? I love mines with grilled meat especially cow tongue, briskets, and pork belly :D.
